I'm Daria Hackenberg and I'm all about coaching, effectiveness and personal development. I have always been driven by the desire to help others and support people in their growth. 

 

As someone who suffers from ADHD myself, I have spent much of my life battling myself. But it was precisely this challenge that helped me develop a concept of personal effectiveness, which has helped me enormously not only in my professional life, but also in my private life. Even everyday things can become challenging for someone with ADHD. 

With my strategies for strengthening personal effectiveness, it is possible for everyone to achieve their goals and bring all areas of life into harmony.

The methods I learned while building companies and optimizing business processes helped me develop a concept that I will share with you step by step.

​

My life path so far has taken me through a variety of professional areas.

Starting from work in social services to large-scale industrial production.

 

In my more than 25 years of professional experience, I have gained and continually developed extensive know-how in the following areas:

My training - a very special and individual path for me.

​

What makes education so special? It's what you make of it. 

I was once told that in modern times you need three educations to survive: legal, business and practical.

​

1. Kemerovo State University, Department of Law, Jurisprudence.

At other universities, this course is referred to as “international lawyer”. Knowing the rights and laws of every country in the world is the best thing that could have happened to me and it has opened up many opportunities for me in the field of international relations.

​

2. St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance (Finec), management, innovation management - planning and implementation of innovations.

"Managing organizational change". Parallel to my diploma thesis, I built a factory for the production of wooden toys and made it profitable in three months. This not only gave me an A in my thesis, but also an invitation to graduate school. 

 

3. Impulse e.V., Wuppertal (Germany), psychotherapy.

Coaching is an effective method. But the more I worked with it, the more it became clear to me that a solid foundation is necessary to support people in the best possible way. Coach techniques alone were not enough.

​

This led me to undertake professional training as a psychotherapist, which expanded my abilities to better understand people's complexities and select appropriate methods.
